Ottimate is an AI-powered AP [Accounts Payable] automation platform that empowers finance teams to reduce costs, prevent overpayments, detect fraud, and enforce policy compliance across the entire invoice-to-payment lifecycle.
The Role The Solution Manager for Intacct Integration is a critical, client-facing role responsible for the successful implementation and integration of our AP automation platform with our clients' (ERP) systems. You will serve as the primary technical and functional expert, bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our solution's capabilities. You will lead the discovery, design, configuration, and deployment phases, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for our customers.
This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of both AP processes and the specific architecture of the Intacct system.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team during the final stages of the sales cycle to provide technical and functional expertise.
- Lead discovery workshops with prospective clients to understand their current AP processes, pain points, and business requirements within their Intacct environment.
- Design and present tailored integration solutions that demonstrate the value and capabilities of our platform.
- Develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Implementation & Project Management:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients, acting as the main point of contact for all technical and functional aspects of the project.
- Translate client business requirements into detailed functional and technical design documents for the integration with Intacct .
- Configure our AP automation solution and the integration points to meet the specific needs of the client.
- Create and manage project plans, monitor project progress, and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
