Absolute ERP is hiring an Arabic-speaking ERP Sales Manager for an on-site role in Dubai. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for ERP solutions, including lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle for Absolute ERP solutions
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with pre sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track sales performance and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning
- Represent Absolute ERP professionally in the market and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets
Requirements
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills with demonstrated experience managing end to end ERP or software solution sales cycles
- Sales Presentations skills, including the ability to deliver compelling demos and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build pipelines, nurture relationships, and grow revenue
- Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English
- Proven experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales, preferably within manufacturing, trading, or service industries
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel within the region as needed
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

Role Description
