Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to elicit business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Document current (As Is) and target (To Be) processes and identify performance gaps
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional System Specifications (FSD)
- Analyze data and verify its quality and consistency
- Design technical solution architecture according to approved business requirements
- Prepare process diagrams and functional models using UML and BPMN
- Evaluate proposed technical solutions and select the most suitable based on institutional criteria
- Oversee system integration processes with the organization's technical ecosystem
- Prepare comprehensive test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT) and lead their execution
- Document test cases and follow up on feedback and bug resolution
- Ensure system meets business requirements before official launch
- Prepare user manuals and operational documentation in a clear and accurate manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis and business requirements engineering
- Proven experience leading systems analysis projects from start to launch
- Experience in analyzing and improving operational processes in institutional environments
- Familiarity with system development methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Prince2
- Proficiency in modeling and documentation tools: Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN 2.0, UML
- Knowledge of databases and SQL queries for analysis and verification
- Experience with reporting tools: Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS
- Familiarity with integration concepts: APIs, Web Services, Middleware
- Proficiency in advanced Office programs and project management tools: JIRA, Confluence
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.) is a plus

المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة ورش العمل لاستخلاص متطلبات الأعمال من أصحاب المصلحة في مختلف الإدارات
- توثيق العمليات الحالية (As Is) والمستهدفة (To Be) وتحديد فجوات الأداء
- إعداد وثائق متطلبات الأعمال (BRD) ومواصفات النظام الوظيفية (FSD)
- تحليل البيانات والتحقق من جودتها واتساقها
- تصميم بنية الحلول التقنية وفق متطلبات الأعمال المعتمدة
- إعداد مخططات العمليات والنماذج الوظيفية باستخدام UML وBPMN
- تقييم الحلول التقنية المقترحة واختيار الأنسب وفق المعايير المؤسسية
- الإشراف على عمليات تكامل الأنظمة مع المنظومة التقنية للمؤسسة
- إعداد خطط الاختبار الشامل (Unit, Integration, UAT) وقيادة تنفيذها
- توثيق حالات الاختبار ومتابعة معالجة الملاحظات والأخطاء
- ضمان مطابقة النظام لمتطلبات الأعمال قبل الإطلاق الرسمي
- إعداد أدلة المستخدم والوثائق التشغيلية بأسلوب واضح ودقيق
متطلبات الوظيفة
- بكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات، أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تحليل الأنظمة وهندسة متطلبات الأعمال
- تجربة موثّقة في قيادة مشاريع تحليل الأنظمة من البداية حتى الإطلاق
- خبرة في تحليل وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية في بيئات مؤسسية
- إلمام بمنهجيات تطوير الأنظمة: Agile, Waterfall, Prince2
- خبرة ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, إلخ) ميزة إضافية
- إتقان أدوات النمذجة والتوثيق: Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN 2.0, UML
- معرفة بقواعد البيانات واستعلامات SQL
- خبرة في أدوات إعداد التقارير: Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS
- إلمام بمفاهيم التكامل: APIs, Web Services, Middleware
- إتقان برامج Office المتقدمة وأدوات إدارة المشاريع: JIRA, Confluence
