Responsibilities

  • The Oracle ERP Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems across the organization. This role ensures that Oracle applications meet business needs, align with industry best practices, and support operational efficiency. The Oracle ERP Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages vendor relationships, and collaborates closely with key business stakeholders to support digital transformation and financial system integrity.
  • · Lead the end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and optimization of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects, HRMS, SCM).
  • · Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • · Manage a team of ERP analysts, developers, and consultants to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • · Maintain and enforce strong governance, change management, and documentation practices.
  • · Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external policies.
  • · Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP issues in coordination with IT and functional teams.
  • · Manage Oracle ERP vendor relationships, contracts, and support services.
  • · Provide training and support to users on Oracle ERP functionalities and changes.
  • · Monitor system performance, user adoption, and suggest enhancements.
  • · Stay current with Oracle Cloud/Fusion trends and updates and assess their relevance to the organization.

Qualifications

  • · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • · 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • · Strong functional knowledge in Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Projects, and HRMS.
  • · Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly desirable.
  • · Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • · Experience with integration, reporting tools, and ERP best practices.
  • · Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus.
  • · ERP certification(s) in Oracle or PMP is an added advantage.
