Position Summary
ERP Project Lead or Business Analyst supporting multiple ERP and business transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation, or project coordination roles.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.
- Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle, CRP, UAT, and go-live activities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exposure to finance, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience in construction, real estate, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Support multiple ongoing ERP and business transformation initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between business users, project teams, IT, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate stakeholders, decision-making, communication, and project activities.
- Execute project activities across supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing functions.
- Facilitate CRP sessions and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Track issues, risks, actions, and project follow-up items.
- Gather business requirements and facilitate business workshops.
- Prepare project documentation and reporting.
- Support go-live activities and business engagement.
