Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the national ERP programme across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and benefits.
- Coordinate ERP implementation, business transformation, data migration, integrations, testing, change management, and go-live workstreams.
- Lead governance and executive reporting on status, risks, issues, decisions, and strategic recommendations.
- Provide senior Oracle ERP and technology expertise on architecture, integrations, data, security, and ERP design decisions.
- Conduct independent quality assurance of programme deliverables and challenge system integrator outputs and technical decisions.
- Assess readiness across business, architecture, data, integrations, testing, security, operations, cutover, and go-live.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.
- At least 12 years of experience in technology, Oracle-based ERP, programme management, or digital transformation.
- Proven leadership of large-scale, complex ERP or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Oracle ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.
- Government or public-sector digital transformation experience is preferred, particularly at national or multi-entity level.
- Experience reviewing and assuring major technology and ERP deliverables.
- Experience managing large system integrators and technology vendors.
- Ability to influence senior executives, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
