About the Role
Maitri Global is seeking an ERP Lead Architect for Oracle Fusion to own end-to-end solution architecture for ERP modules. The role involves defining high-level designs, leading modernization initiatives, and ensuring non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities
- Own end to end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP modules and related enterprise processes
- Define and govern high level designs (HLDs) in line with SA CoE principles and architecture review processes
- Lead architecture for FusionEBS coexistence, ERP modernization, and migration initiatives
- Architect and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion, integration platforms, and surrounding systems
- Ensure non functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, availability) are embedded in all ERP designs
- Act as design authority, collaborating with ERP teams, Integration, BA, QA, PMO, and IT Operations to ensure delivery and operational readiness
