About the Role
We are seeking an ERP & Inventory Systems Manager with F&B experience to manage inventory operations and ERP systems across business units in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing inventory processes, system administration, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations across all business units, ensuring stock accuracy and cost control.
- Oversee inventory processes, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, batch production, wastage, reconciliation, and month end closing.
- Monitor daily sales posting and ensure accurate integration between POS, inventory, and ERP systems.
- Manage inventory master data, including SKU creation, UOM mapping, MSL settings, BOMs, recipes, and product costing.
- Review GRNs, supplier invoices, and resolve inventory and system discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports, reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Administer ERP inventory functions, provide user support, coordinate UAT, and system enhancements.
- Develop SOPs, conduct user training, and drive process improvements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Outlet teams to ensure efficient inventory and ERP operations.
- Support inventory audits and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in inventory management, ERP systems, or master data management, preferably in F&B, retail, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (HYP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, LS Retail, or similar)
- Experience with inventory control, stock reconciliation, BOMs, recipes, costing, and master data management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power Query and Power BI are an advantage
- Experience with ERP implementation, UAT, and process improvement is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and cross functional coordination skills
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance
