Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements and map them to Zoho solutions
- Lead end to end implementation of Zoho applications including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go live support
- Configure and customize Zoho applications based on client needs
- Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD), process flow diagrams, and implementation documentation
- Conduct client workshops, product demonstrations, and user training sessions
- Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and integrations
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery
- Provide post implementation support and resolve functional issues
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with the latest Zoho product features and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or Zoho Functional Consultant
- Hands on experience in Zoho product implementation
- Experience in business process analysis and client interaction
- Ability to prepare functional requirement documents and process flow diagrams

Job Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented ERP Functional Consultant to join our Dubai team.
- The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in Zoho product implementation, business process analysis, client interaction, and ERP solution deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements and map them to Zoho solutions.

Required Qualifications

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 5,000 per month
