Job Description

  • Support administrative tasks: file management, document preparation, database updates.
  • Assist users in person and by phone, providing information and referring queries to appropriate team.
  • Participate in organizing activities, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics for meetings and internal events.

Requirements

  • Administrative skills: basic office tools (word processor, spreadsheets), document organization, database management.
  • Communication skills: respectful treatment, active listening, clear information transmission.
  • Organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, support logistics.
  • Education: secondary education completed or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or social work valued.
  • Availability: full time, onsite in Mexico City.
