Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software project management from vendor perspective
- Strong Microsoft SQL experience
- Strong experience in ERP/HRMS/FMS with workflow/process automation exposure
- Strong expertise in ERP Functional Testing (Finance & HRMS)
- Hands on experience in workflow design, approvals, and business process mapping
- Strong technical background in SDLC
- Experience working in a software consultancy or development firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving License

Job Summary
- Urgently seeking an experienced / technically qualified ERP Functional Consultant to lead and manage ERP related projects.
- Ideal candidate should have hands on experience in implementing and managing ERP, HRMS, or CAFM projects in contracting domains from vendor perspective.
- Background in software development / consultancy environments preferred.
- This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding and proven experience with ability to manage cross functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end project management for ERP/HRMS/CAFM implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong expertise in ERP Functional Testing (Finance & HRMS), including Accounting, GL, AP, AR, JV Processing, Payroll, Financial Reporting, UAT, Defect Tracking, Data Validation/Reconciliation, and Analytical Problem Solving skills.
- Hands on experience in workflow design, approvals, and business process mapping.
- Strong technical background in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in a software consultancy or development firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
