About the Role
GURUS SOLUTIONS is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to bridge client operational needs with NetSuite cloud technology. The role involves leading discovery workshops, configuring NetSuite, and guiding clients through UAT and go-live.

Responsibilities
- Co facilitate discovery workshops to gather client business requirements and map As Is processes
- Analyze operational workflows (finance, supply chain, CRM) and design To Be functional architectures
- Configure NetSuite platform (custom fields, forms, roles, dashboards, approval workflows)
- Develop test scenarios, perform functional testing, and guide clients through UAT
- Assist with data migration during deployment and Go Live phases
- Deliver training sessions for client SMEs and end users, and write functional guides
- Provide Tier 2/3 functional support and hypercare post deployment
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in functional analysis, consulting, or software implementation within ERP or major SaaS ecosystem
- Proven client facing background with ability to analyze, document, and improve complex business processes
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- University degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

- Co facilitate discovery workshops to gather client business requirements and map As Is processes.

- Translate validated workflows into functional specifications and configure NetSuite platform.
- Develop test scenarios, perform functional testing, and guide clients through UAT.
- Play active role during deployment and Go Live phases, assisting with data migration.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and write clear functional guides.
- Provide Tier 2/3 functional support and hypercare post deployment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of experience in functional analysis, consulting, or software implementation within ERP or major SaaS ecosystem.
- Proven client facing background with ability to analyze, document, and improve complex business processes.
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- University degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Nice to Haves
- Foundational knowledge of corporate accounting (GL, AP, AR).
- Direct hands on experience or certification with NetSuite or other ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience drafting process workflows using mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).
Logistics
- Permanent, full time position (40 hours/week).
- Hybrid Model: 3 days/week in office at Montreal office (near Sauvé metro station).
