Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Workshops: Co-facilitate discovery workshops to gather comprehensive client business requirements and map current ( As-Is ) processes.
- Functional Design & Optimization: Analyze operational workflows (finance, supply chain, CRM), identify systemic inefficiencies, and design target ( To-Be ) functional architectures aligned with industry best practices.
- System Configuration (NetSuite): Translate validated workflows into functional specifications and handle direct configuration within the NetSuite platform (creating custom fields, forms, roles, dashboards, and approval workflows).
