• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experiences below.

Hands-on experience with X++ development in D365

Experience with D365 in a manufacturing environment

Experience with D365 build, deployment, environment management, and release processes.

Current use of AI tools in a professional software development or technical delivery role.

Experience with reporting or analytics related to D365, including Power BI, Electronic Reporting, SSRS, BYOD, Data Lake, Fabric, or similar platforms.

with MVC or MVP design pattern for web applications

• Ability to identify pain points for end users or operations; solves problems that resolves issues with the system
• Acts with the utmost integrity; acts as a trusted partner to IT and operations teams
• Promotes teamwork and works collaboratively with the broader IT and operations teams
• Provides a good experience when interacting with internal or external stakeholders, end users, or team members; ensures that communication and interactions are helpful and professional
• Driven and self-motivated to solve problems and improve MS D365 to meet the business needs
• Communicates effectively using verbal and written communication
• Plans and organizes work; understands how to prioritize workload/projects
• Adapts to different communication styles and circumstances. Understands change management
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to follow moderately complex business logic in developing solutions
• Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available
• Regular attendance is required
