Job Overview
As an ERP Administrator Assistant (Odoo), you will support the daily efficiency of Sealy Mattress Middle East's Odoo ERP ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be to deliver immediate functional support, streamline cross-departmental operations, and ensure seamless system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line system support for Odoo-related issues from users in finance, retail sales, warehouse, and production teams.
- Manage master corporate data records, including detailed bills of materials (BOM), products, price lists, customer databases, and supplier files.
- Clean ongoing system backlogs by auditing, verifying, and reconciling historical and pending stock movements, invoices, and transactions.
- Support module testing, updates, functional setups, and active rollout procedures for new features or standard implementations.
- Design and generate functional ERP reports and visibility dashboards for upper management and specific department leads.
- Partner with external Odoo implementers, developers, and consultants to debug errors and monitor performance adjustments.
- Participate in periodic inventory data audits, warehouse stock counts, and system reconciliations for month-end/year-end closing procedures.
Key Requirements
- Experience with Odoo ERP systems.
- Proven ability to manage master data.
- Experience in data cleansing and entry.
- Knowledge of module configuration and testing.
- Ability to design and generate ERP reports.
- Experience in vendor coordination.
