Requirements
- Professionals with experience in Equity Research (Sell Side or Buy Side)
- Current or former Research Analysts, Associates, or VPs
- Strong background in valuation, financial modeling, and earnings analysis
- Clear communicators who can teach structured thinking
- Detail oriented and consistent in providing actionable feedback

What You’ll Do
- 1 on 1 Coaching: Guide students targeting Equity Research roles (sell side or buy side).
