Building and owning sector coverage across a focused company universe
Conducting fundamental research including catalyst identification, scenario modelling, and earnings analysis
Monitoring news, filings, and macro events for real-time impact on covered names
Constructing and maintaining financial models and proprietary datasets
Developing intuition for how information flows into price — understanding what the market is pricing and why
Tracking structural trends — technological shifts, regulatory change, macro developments — and translating them into actionable equity views
Continuously improving research processes through practical, scalable solution
Excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to detail
Clear, concise communicator who knows what matters and can cut through noise
Genuine intellectual curiosity about equities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Front office or markets-adjacent experience (US equities a plus, not required)
