Conduct research, development, and implementation of data-driven investment strategies across global equity markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Research quantitative signals and alpha factors across global equity markets.
- Analyze market, fundamental, and alternative datasets to identify investment opportunities.
- Design, test, and refine systematic investment strategies.
- Conduct statistical analysis and backtesting of signals and models.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers on actionable investment insights.
- Support portfolio construction, risk management, and performance attribution.
- Develop research tools, analytical frameworks, and data infrastructure.
- Evaluate datasets, modeling approaches, and machine learning techniques.
- Monitor live strategies and investigate portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and investment professionals.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience in quantitative research, systematic equities, statistical arbitrage, or a related investment strategy.
- Exceptional PhD or postdoctoral candidates in machine learning, AI, statistics, mathematics, physics, or computer science are considered.
- Technology and AI research candidates with neural networks and advanced modeling expertise are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced quantitative researchers with strong academic backgrounds and systematic equities alpha generation records are of particular interest.
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, data analysis, and quantitative modeling.
- Advanced Python skills and experience with large datasets.
- Experience developing and evaluating predictive signals or systematic investment strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
