Assistant Manager – Rental Sales

and

Sr. Rental Sales Representative

  • to support and expand rental and used equipment sales operations across the UAE market.
  • The ideal candidates should possess strong sales and business development experience within MHE, Industrial, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

  • ***1.Job Responsibilities – Assistant Manager Rental Sales***
  • Lead Rental & Used Sales operations and achieve monthly and yearly sales revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients including ADNOC, DEWA, DNATA, Emirates, and other government/private entities.
  • Manage sales activities including quotations, CRM updates, project sales, lead generation, and competition analysis.
  • Support and guide the sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for technical support and business development opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain rental sales reports and market intelligence documentation.
  • Ensure timely payment collection as per company standards.

  • Rental Sales Representative***
  • Achieve assigned rental sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups for rental solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industrial, construction, MHE, and O&G sectors.
  • Support customer service activities by coordinating with internal teams for timely solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and support collection follow-ups for outstanding payments.
  • ***Job Requirements (Applicable for Both Roles)***
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification. MBA is an added advantage.
  • **Assistant Manager: 5–7 years of experience**
  • in rental sales/business development.
  • **Sr. Rental Sales Representative: 3–5 years of relevant experience**
  • in rental sales or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Sales-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Positive attitude, ethical approach, and strong teamwork capabilities.
