Equipment Operator

To truly thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation of skills and the right mindset:

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of provincial transportation requirements for hauling equipment and Alberta OHS regulations for heavy machinery.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in operating excavators and skid steers; ability to read and interpret site plans and grade stakes.
• Abilities: Minimum of two years of heavy equipment experience; valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract; physical stamina to climb in/out of machinery and lift up to 50 lbs.
