Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role, based in Dubai with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks.

As an Equipment Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, inventory, and efficient organization of equipment and materials critical to daily operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring equipment readiness, managing procurement needs, and coordinating with staff to address technical requirements.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards and assisting in equipment-related training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in equipment management, inventory control, and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards related to equipment handling
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools for tracking and reporting inventory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in a training or educational setting is a plus
  • Degree or certification in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
