Role Description
This part-time role as an Equipment Manager is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities include managing, maintaining, and organizing all company equipment to maximize its efficiency and lifespan.
The Equipment Manager will oversee inventory, schedule maintenance, collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement or repair, ensure compliance with safety standards, and work closely with teams to ensure equipment meets their operational needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and equipment organization
- Experience in vendor coordination, repair management, and procurement processes
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and resolve equipment-related issues
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage tasks both in-office and remotely
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
