Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 25+ electrical & mechanical technicians and PM specialists across all toolsets in the fab
Maintenance Management: Coordinate and prioritize daily preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and corrective maintenance actions to minimize production bottlenecks; manage up to 25 direct reports
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) mandates, OSHA standards, and hazardous material handling; potential to lead the ERT team on shift
Hiring and Staffing: Manage recruiting and interviewing, and partner with equipment engineering to assess the technical qualifications of candidates on your shift

Continuous Improvement: Partner with Equipment Engineering to identify recurring tool failures and develop permanent hardware modifications or procedural updates
