About the Role
Shaklanvet seeks a highly motivated, field-driven Sales Specialist to manage and grow commercial footprint within the UAE's premium equine sector. You will be the direct face of the brand to equine hospitals, stables, and equestrian centres, building long-term relationships and driving revenue.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on site visits to stables, equestrian yards, and veterinary clinics across the UAE to pitch and secure orders for supplement and medicine portfolios
- Actively manage accounts year round, executing high volume sales during peak racing and endurance seasons and maintaining client partnerships during off season
- Understand customer pain points and present the correct therapeutic or nutritional solutions from distributed brands
- Track sales targets, manage credit terms efficiently, and ensure timely payment collections from procurement entities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of outdoor/B2B sales experience in the UAE
- Experience ideally within veterinary pharmaceuticals, equine nutrition, or high value equestrian product distribution
- Familiarity with the UAE equestrian landscape, racing/endurance clubs, procurement protocols, and veterinary channels
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
- Knowledge of Arabic or South Asian languages
- A self starter who can plan daily routes across different Emirates without constant supervision
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License
- Willingness to travel extensively across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Northern Emirates

The Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated, field driven Sales Specialist to manage and grow our commercial footprint within the UAE’s premium equine sector.
- You will be the direct face of our brand to equine hospitals, private & government stables and equestrian centres.
- This is a field based role. You will be on the road building long term relationships, understanding specialized equine needs, and driving consistent revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Relationship Management: Conduct regular on site visits to stables, equestrian yards, and veterinary clinics across the UAE to pitch and secure orders for our supplement and medicine portfolios.
- Account Growth: Actively manage accounts year round. This means executing high volume sales during peak racing and endurance seasons, and maintaining strong client partnerships with pre season bookings during the summer off season.
- Technical Product Advisory: Understand customer pain points and present the correct therapeutic or nutritional solutions from our distributed brands.
- Collections: Track sales targets, manage credit terms efficiently, and ensure timely payment collections from procurement entities.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 4 years of outdoor/B2B sales experience in the UAE, ideally within veterinary pharmaceuticals, equine nutrition, or high value equestrian product distribution.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE equestrian landscape, racing/endurance clubs, procurement protocols, and veterinary channels.
