• Lead epi reactor hardware and design upgrade projects
• Will work with tool vendors and supply vendors
• This position requires experience performing Epi reactor maintenance.
• Individual must have experience and be able to lead epi reactor exhaust maintenance, lead high-pressure cylinder changes, and lead epi reactor parts cleaning and parts assembly
• Individuals will have be expected to continuously improve tools and processes

• Position requires 5 years of experience performing epi reactor maintenance
• Individuals will have epi reactor hardware design projects and be expected to continuously improve tools and processes
• Individuals must be able to troubleshoot epi reactor issues beyond the instructions in specifications/OCAPS
• communicating events and responses within a relatively small and tightly coordinated group
• Individual will be responsible for maintaining and updating spec documents
• All duties are conducted inside a clean room with appropriate gowning
