Epic Resolute Billing Application Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Epic Resolute Billing Application Analyst to join our Digital Technology Services (DTS) team. In this role, you will support and optimize the Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Hospital Billing applications that power revenue cycle operations across Deaconess Health System.

Working at the intersection of Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operational departments, you will help ensure accurate billing workflows, optimize reimbursement processes, improve claims management, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our Epic revenue cycle platform.

Support, maintain, and configure Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Hospital Billing applications

Manage and optimize revenue cycle workflows related to billing, claims processing, charge capture, reimbursement, and payment posting

Maintain facility structures, charge master configurations, and revenue cycle-related application settings within Epic

Collaborate with Central Billing Office, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and operational teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement

Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions

Support system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives related to billing and reimbursement processes

Maintain and support Epic security access for revenue cycle users and departments

Develop, maintain, and execute testing plans and scripts related to revenue cycle workflows and system changes

Analyze workflows and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reimbursement, and user experience
