Role Overview
The EPIC Application Analyst – Radiant functions under the direction of the Application Manager and provides intermediate system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications.
This includes installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support for operating systems, software, hardware, and reporting tools.
This role requires strong systems analysis skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
The Analyst will lead and participate in project planning sessions, establish project goals and milestones, and manage projects with varying levels of complexity.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication and customer-service skills, working collaboratively with Xtensys staff, operational departments, clinical teams, and external partners to ensure successful deployment and optimization of the Radiant module.
