EOI - Field Service Supervisor

Leading and coordinating Field Service teams across multiple sites and projects

Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company and customer procedures

Managing daily labour allocation, workflow priorities and operational scheduling

Supporting breakdown response activities and ensuring efficient job completion

Monitoring productivity, utilisation and work quality across field operations

Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Supporting performance management, mentoring and development of field personnel

Assisting with operational reporting, planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining high service standards

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong communicator and hands-on leader with the ability to motivate teams and deliver operational outcomes in demanding environments.

You will ideally bring:

Australian recognised trade qualification within a heavy industry environment

Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or similar leadership role

Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, maintenance or field service operations

Strong safety leadership and commitment to compliance standards

Excellent organisational and communication skills

The ability to manage changing priorities and coordinate multiple work fronts

Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Strong understanding of labour utilisation, operational efficiency and customer delivery

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Desirable:

Exposure to Caterpillar SIS systems and dealer service processes

Experience working across remote mining operations and FIFO environments
