The Advanced Technician II learns to lead crews and manage daily jobsite operations, plan work, allocate resources, and track progress, learns to interact with clients, Project Managers, Program Manager, and stakeholders, enforce safety, quality, and performance standards.
Focus: Leadership exposure, team support, and business readiness.
Intended for participants with substantial military leadership experience, advanced technical knowledge, or backgrounds that align with supervisory, mentoring, or management-track development.
Participants in this track gain exposure to leadership expectations within a civilian business environment.
Outcome: Participants build experience relevant to lead technician, supervisor, project lead, or management-support roles and strengthen their ability to transition military leadership skills into the private sector.

The EOA Technologies SkillBridge Program is organized into five structured training tracks designed to support transitioning Service Members as they build practical, career-ready skills in telecommunications, data center infrastructure, technical operations, and leadership support functions.
Each track is intended to provide hands-on learning, supervised experience, and exposure to real-world business operations.
