Weston is seeking a Project Manager that will lead complex, environmental projects, or programs for Industrial and Government clients.

This position will engage stakeholders to build trust and align stakeholder expectations and relationships.

The successful candidate will assist with proposal development , and internal team development.

• Lead environmental consulting projects providing technical and project management expertise ensuring that assignments align with client needs.
• Leverage individual knowledge and project experience from working with differ ing clients and regulatory frameworks to align project scopes and deliver value.
• Manage integrated project teams by clearly communicating expectations for client requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manages environmental projects that may include concurrent assignments with diverse scopes, multi-disciplinary teams, and subcontractors.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of regulations and professional standards for diverse proje cts.
• Communicates openly and freely with internal resources and client(s) representatives.
• Management and communication of project changes with the client and the project team.
• Provides consistent team leadership , safety and quality, and project management in accordance with Company practices .
• Assist with proposal management including cost estimat ing and project profitability.
• Proactive identification of project issues and development of options for corrective action.
