Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and monitor the effectiveness of safety controls
- Deliver safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to team members at all levels
- Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, track safety performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in EHS practices
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices, including applicable regulations and standards
- Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management, including risk assessments, audits, and corrective action planning
- Proficiency in Workplace Safety practices, such as hazard identification, incident investigation, and emergency preparedness
- Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs and awareness campaigns for diverse teams
- Relevant degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001/14001 knowledge) are an advantage
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviors on site

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Specialist role based in Jaipur.
- The EHS Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with local regulations and company standards.
- Day to day responsibilities include conducting workplace inspections, identifying hazards, recommending corrective actions, and monitoring the effectiveness of safety controls.
