Responsibilities
- Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across hospitals, clinics, and related facilities
- Monitor workplace safety conditions, conduct risk assessments and audits
- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations, standards, and internal policies
- Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver safety training and promote a culture of safety among staff
- Collaborate with clinical and non clinical teams on EHS initiatives
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
- Demonstrated expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety
- Experience designing and delivering Safety Training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP) preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on site across multiple facilities in Dubai

Role Description
