Role Overview
Environmental Interns support project managers, engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, and technicians on environmental engineering solutions and project goals.
Project areas may include air quality, solid waste, remediation, and health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Write reports and manage project data.
- Maintain field equipment and participate in field work.
- Receive training in soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installation, and remediation system operations and maintenance.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field.
- Able to learn on the job and apply theory in a practical setting.
- Demonstrates motivation, willingness to learn, and initiative.
Workplace
- The role follows a hybrid workplace model with in-office work three days per week.
