Position Overview
MaYa Sustainable Solutions Company is expanding its Environmental and Sustainability team for a long-term construction project in Riyadh.
The posting lists Environmental and Sustainability Manager and Environmental and Sustainability Engineer positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement CEMP and EMP frameworks and ensure ongoing environmental compliance.
- Conduct routine site inspections and manage dust, noise, waste, spill, and wastewater controls.
- Coordinate environmental monitoring, corrective action tracking, and monthly reporting.
- Support LEED construction credits, material compliance reviews, and related documentation.
- Maintain sustainability trackers, photographic evidence logs, and project submission uploads.
- Liaise with the client, consultant, and the company’s back-office technical team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
- Proven experience on construction or landscaping projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Working knowledge of LEED construction credits and KSA environmental regulations.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Candidates able to manage combined environmental and sustainability responsibilities are strongly preferred.
