, we are looking for an experienced

to join the organisation in Dammam.

This is a visible HSE position within a

large and operationally diverse environment

, providing the opportunity to influence safety performance, strengthen HSE governance and work closely with operational teams to drive a proactive safety culture.

As HSE Lead, you will:

• Lead and support the implementation of

HSE policies, procedures and standards

• Monitor operational compliance with HSE requirements and internal controls
• Conduct and oversee

risk assessments, inspections and audits

• Identify hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
• Support and lead

incident and near-miss investigations

• Monitor HSE performance, trends and KPIs
• Work closely with operational teams to strengthen

safety awareness, ownership and accountability

• Support HSE training, toolbox talks and workforce engagement
• Maintain appropriate HSE documentation, reporting and compliance records
• Drive continuous improvement in

safety performance, compliance and risk reduction

• Provide guidance and support to HSE Officers/Inspectors and operational stakeholders

• Saudi National
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or Industrial Management
• 6+ years of progressive HSE, compliance or auditing experience
• Strong hands-on experience in

safety governance, risk management and environmental compliance

• Experience conducting

risk assessments, inspections, audits and incident investigations

• Experience within

construction, logistics, industrial or service environments

• Exposure to

multi-site HSE operations

would be highly relevant

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capability
• Ability to guide HSE personnel and influence operational teams
• Relevant professional HSE certifications would be advantageous where applicable
