About the Role
TwoScore is seeking an experienced Environment, Health and Safety Manager to oversee HSE performance across multiple manufacturing and production sites in the Midlands with national travel.

Responsibilities
- Lead HSE across multiple manufacturing / production facilities
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams to ensure safe delivery
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation and company standards
- Support wider project teams when required across the UK
- Analyse performance data and report into senior leadership
Requirements
- Proven HSE experience within manufacturing, production, or construction environments
- Confident working across multiple sites and engaging with stakeholders
- Proactive, hands on approach with ability to influence at all levels
- NEBOSH qualified, Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel nationally when required
