About the Role
Fibertech Qatar is hiring an HSE Officer for a 5-year Ooredoo FWA Framework Project in Qatar. The role involves implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety training.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and client safety requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits
- Monitor work activities and ensure safe working practices
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare corrective action reports
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management and clients
- Attend client meetings and provide updates on safety performance and compliance
Requirements
- NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience
- Experience in telecom, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety procedures
- Good communication and reporting skills in English
- Must successfully pass the Ooredoo client interview before onboarding

Key Responsibilities
