Our dynamic and successful Water Resources group is seeking an entry level engineer to join their team.

This position would be based in our Minneapolis, MN; St.

Paul, MN; or Madison, WI office.

This is an opportunity to work in a team atmosphere with experienced project engineers applying various design, engineering, and modeling tools in the development of water resource projects for federal, state, and local clients as well as for private industry.

Responsibilities

Roadway drainage system layout and design, including new and retrofit systems and design of Best Management Practices (BMPs).
Site design, including BMP design, modeling, and Low Impact Development (LID) practices.

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Biosystems Engineering with a hydrology or water resources emphasis, or a related field.
EIT Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Previous experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling applications (e.g. SWMM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, Hydro CAD), Microstation/Geopak, and/or AutoCAD a plus.

Salary: $80,500

Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, job location, internal equity, market analysis, and specific qualifications relevant to the role.
