Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients.

- Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule appointments with qualified leads.
- Manage calendars and ensure efficient allocation of sales resources.
- Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to both clients and sales reps.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential customers.
- Address inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner, aiming to secure appointments.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align appointment-setting efforts with overall sales objectives.
- Provide regular updates on appointment scheduling activities and lead generation results.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing for appointments by providing relevant information and insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or appointment-setting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-up.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
