Beyond skill development, we connect qualified participants with companies seeking motivated entry-level sales talent.

Salary: 7,000 AED + Commission

- Communicating with potential customers
- Understanding client needs
- Presenting products/services clearly
- Handling basic objections
- Following up and closing opportunities

Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, persuasion, and professional relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills in sales conversations.
- Capability to conduct market research and identify customer needs and potential leads.
- Self-motivation, goal-driven mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Effective time management skills and an ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not
