Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and operation of various machines and equipment.
- Load raw materials and monitor machines during production to ensure proper function.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Support senior machine operators and technicians as needed.
- Document production data accurately and timely.
- Perform minor machine maintenance under supervision.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work with chemicals with proper PPE and follow Solvent safety.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs as required.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
