Intertek's project-related assurance, testing, inspection and consulting services are the risk management and quality assurance partner you need to ensure the reliability, safety and performance of your new developments, existing assets and facilities. Intertek’s Building and Construction Field Testing group is primarily focused on building enclosure field testing for new construction and retrofit projects.
As a Field Testing Technician , you will assist with field testing and building inspections. This position provides opportunity for growth and development within the department and company as we provide on-the-job training. This job requires travel most weeks Monday through Friday and a shared company vehicle is provided for work travel.
Field testing projects and building envelope testing as assigned
Forensic investigations of building envelope failures
Communicate with clients and project team regarding site observations, test preparation, procedures, results, and reporting matters Prepare and submit accurate and concise reports on all projects assigned
