- Provide daily administrative support to internal teams across the organization
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with meeting preparation
- Track action items and support project follow ups to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Maintain organized workflows and help improve operational efficiency
- Maintain internal documentation, shared resources, and operational trackers
- Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and team coordination
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting tasks
- Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and streamline workflows
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal operational requests
- Communicate professionally with cross functional teams in a fully remote environment
- Collaborate across departments to ensure projects and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate information across internal systems and databases
Requirements
- 0–2 years of administrative, operations, office support, or related experience (internships welcome)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working independently in a remote environment
- Self motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity software
- Experience with CRM platforms or other business systems is a plus, but not required

About The Role
- We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Administrative Professional to support our remote Operations team.
