The entrepreneurship program coordinator supports the establishment, coordination, and delivery of entrepreneurship programming within the Slogotski Hunt Centre for Entrepreneurship. Contributes to the development and maintenance of program documents, guidelines, reports, presentations, and other materials.
Coordinates program and leadership calendars, scheduling meetings and program sessions, identifying conflicts, preparing and distributing meeting materials, and following up on action items.
Supports stakeholder engagement activities through communications with program participants, partners, funders, and other university stakeholders.
Responds to inquiries received through various communication channels and provides information and support to stakeholders and event participants.
Attends entrepreneurship ecosystem events and engagement opportunities to build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders on and off campus.
Supports financial and administrative processes, such as travel and expense requests and reimbursements, event registrations, payment processing, financial reconciliations, and participant onboarding activities.
Enters and maintains records within the registration database system.
Provides general administrative support for the office, such as ordering supplies, arranging courier services, recording meeting minutes, booking meeting spaces, and coordinating catering services.
Communicates and acts in a respectful and professional manner, collaborates effectively, abides by policy, and contributes to a positive and productive work and learning environment.
