Location:** Al Quoz (Near Dubai Silicon Oasis)
**Salary:** To be discussed during interview (based on experience and position)
**Nationality/Gender:** Female applicants only (Moroccan, Syrian, Iraq)
Receptionist (Female)
We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Handle inquiries and provide basic company information
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
- Ensure reception area is clean and organized
- Coordinate with internal departments when needed
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Presentable, confident, and professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
