Responsibilities
- Source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML driven organizations working on frontier models
- Lead technical discovery across evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops
- Engage directly with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams to understand system level constraints
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including research, engineering, and procurement teams
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement human data pipelines
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI and ML
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts including evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops
- Proven experience in partnership development and management with a strong track record of sourcing and closing high value partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with research, engineering, and procurement teams
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
- Experience working with large datasets and complex systems with understanding of data pipelines and data management
