Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Enterprise Client Partner (Frontier AI) to work on a full time basis.
- This individual will engage deeply with research, engineering, and procurement stakeholders to drive high value partnerships around model evaluation and human data solutions.
- The Enterprise Client Partner will source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML driven organizations working on frontier models.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML driven organizations working on frontier models, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Lead technical discovery across evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops, working closely with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams.
- Engage directly with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams to understand system level constraints and requirements, ensuring seamless integration of human data solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including research, engineering, and procurement teams, to drive high value partnerships and advance the development of frontier models.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement human data pipelines, ensuring high quality data and effective model evaluation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI and ML, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops.
- Proven experience in partnership development and management, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing high value partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with research, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex systems, with a strong understanding of data pipelines and data management.
