- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including research, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement human data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI and ML.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops.
- Proven experience in partnership development and management, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing high value partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with research, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex systems, with a strong understanding of data pipelines and data management.

Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Enterprise Client Partner (Frontier AI) to work on a full time basis. This individual will engage deeply with research, engineering, and procurement stakeholders to drive high value partnerships around model evaluation and human data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
