About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture due diligence on software, tools and platforms
- Establish and operate the enterprise change management and governance framework
- Conduct cost analysis and total cost of ownership assessments across software, tools and vendors
- Provide architectural oversight of projects across the Digital Office
- Oversee the Solutions Architecture and Engineering function, including Solutions Architects and developers
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business requirements
- Provide technical oversight of RFPs, proposals and bids for the Business team
- Lead Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Support ISO certification and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements
- Lead, mentor and develop the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building/managing applications, enterprise network and infrastructure, business application support, and IT service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise change management and governance, business impact analysis and business continuity planning, ISO/IMS compliance, and technology cost analysis
- Fluency in English; Arabic preferred

About The Role
- Enterprise & Solutions Architect Lead responsible for Enterprise Architecture, Technology Governance and Solutions Delivery
- Reports to Head of Digital Office
- Leads Enterprise Change Management and Governance, provides technical leadership of solutions delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Change Management and Governance: Lead EA due diligence, establish governance framework, conduct cost analysis, provide architectural oversight
- Solutions Delivery and Technical Leadership: Oversee Solutions Architecture and Engineering function, ensure scalable and secure solutions, manage outsourced projects
- Strategic Initiatives and Bid Support: Provide technical oversight of RFPs, lead AI automation projects, support strategic initiatives
- Business Continuity: Lead BIAs, maintain continuity plans, ensure application compliance, drive cost optimisation
- Compliance: Support ISO certification, develop policies, embed security requirements
- Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor team, communicate architectural decisions
To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, ISO 27001/22301 Lead Implementer) are a plus
- Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building/managing applications, enterprise network and infrastructure, business application support, and IT service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise change management and governance, business impact analysis and business continuity planning, ISO/IMS compliance, and technology cost analysis and optimisation
- In depth knowledge of designing and building applications both inhouse and outsourced
- Strong command of EA due diligence on software and tools, change governance, cost analysis, and architectural oversight of projects
- Experience leading BIAs and continuity planning, ISO/IMS compliance, policy and process development
- Proven ability to manage vendors and outsourced delivery
- Track record of delivering projects end to end across in house and outsourced teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high performing IT teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts
