Role Overview
The XBL Enterprise Solution Architect defines and governs technology architecture strategy for healthcare solutions serving patients, providers, customers, and service operations.
The role covers SHS customer service and X-ray products businesses and works with customer service, product management, engineering, and global leadership teams.
Solutions must be scalable, secure, interoperable, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
Architecture Strategy and Leadership
- Define the enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, technology standards, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks.
- Align architecture decisions with business goals, customer service objectives, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead architecture governance, technology evaluation, and solution design reviews.
Customer Experience and Service
- Design customer-centric healthcare platforms for patients, caregivers, service engineers, and support operations.
- Architect omnichannel customer support, including AI-assisted channels, CRM integration, self-service, automation, and intelligent workflows.
